This is probably the most frustrating app I have ever used you can't log in like almost all the time even though you have the right password whichs works on the website but the app is just a frustrating experience. The worst part is mom work require this and helping her set up has been nothing but a nightmare. No matter what you do your greeted with wrong password or email.

This used to be a great app. I could just go in and swipe over to look at all the tabs, and then they did the update, and now I have to tap on something!! then tap on something else!!! then tap on something else!! Like a bunch of sub-subfolders. It's really stupid that way. Everything was visible where you wanted it the last time.

The new interface is too clunky, too much to navigate through to get to the correct pages. There also needs to be a way for caregivers to uncancel visits on our own. I accidentally canceled a visit today (thinking it was the previous client) and I now have no way to undo that mistake, only my manager can fix it, but I work weekends, so I'm SOL. Maybe when we pull up the cancel/hold menu it should show at the top which client we have selected it for.

Crappiest software EVER. It's slow. Locks up. You lose data. And best of all, you will be able to log on, clock in and start your note. But when you go back to finish documenting, you click click click click but NOTHING will take to to where you need to go. It's like the link to your notes is just gone. And this is everywhere.

Unreliable! Unable to log back in during a shift, even after deleting and updating the app. Also slow and lags when it was "working." Too bad my job requires the use of this app, because it's not a quality app at all for professionals. And as you can see, they have several complaints, but yet to respond. Get it together!

Unreliable and poor customer support. This app is full of glitches that plague me and everyone who works in our local office. I'll sign out and then when I go back in to work, I'm still signed in among other issues. This app must've been rushed into production. Are you sure this isn't a beta version??? You can only leave voice messages for customer support and if you're lucky, they'll get back to you before the next day.
