Very happy with the app after 3 months of using it, I switched from basic to premium! It's all in Dutch for now but you can talk to the trainers in English too. I love that it's not only the standard food advice, food diary and workout schedules but a real teainer in the background and really focusing on understanding your behavioural patterns and changing those. It's not about lifting heavyweight in the gym, it's about changing your mindset.

SCAM! The worst service in the history of fitness. Do not deliver at all. Louzy service. Terrible app. Only thing you do is fill in details about your exercise. Save yourself some money and just find some exercises on Youtube and recipes online. This is the purest scam!

Time is wrong, states two hours later than it actually is. Next to that often 'foutmelding' and the app not able to retrieve the information. De- and reinstallation did not help.

This application is not what is should and can be. They have the database and the opportunities to be really helpful. However, this app is not easy and friendly to use.
