Afya Link aims to connect you with all the health services that you may need. When in need of a health service, we rely on referrals from friends or colleagues and locating the said services can be a nightmare, especially when one is unwell. Afya link seeks to direct you to the nearest health service from your location, the most preferred as reviewed by users and offers you an opportunity to contact or even book your appointment.

Doctors have been categorised by speciality and by location. On running a search you can customise your settings to access the nearest doctor first, the most preferred or search your doctor’s name. Once you locate the preferred doctor’s profile, you can contact them via phone, email or book an appointment. The appointment shall be delivered directly to their end of the platform and to his email as well so they cannot miss it.

Hospitals are also listed in the Hospitals profile and just as the doctors profile, you may adjust the settings so as to search by name, nearest to you or city of location. The profile also allows you to call, book an appointment and send a message

Have you been to a new location and you don’t seem to find a chemist? Worry not, we have come to your aid. We have listed pharmacies across major towns. All you need to do when that nagging pain erupts is to search the nearest pharmacy to your location. You can the tap on the map locations and the directions to the preferred nearest pharmacy will be displayed via your maps application. You can also search using the name of the pharmacy or by town located.

Have you been sent for an X-ray, Ultrasound or some blood test and you have no idea where that is done? We got you, worry no more. We have listed service providers in laboratory and Health Imaging sector. You can search them using the same modalities used in searching for doctors, nearest to you, by name and town located. In addition in the profiles you can find out if the services offered include the test or Imaging sent for.

Using this application healthcare workers can send patients to specialists located closer to the patient’s residence or preference. They can also book an appointment for the patient and send a private message to the specialist that they have sent a particular patient.
