I was excited to find this bank and hoped it would help me achieve my goals of becoming more physically and financially fit this year. However as numerous other reviews have stated it doesn't correctly pull step counts from Google Fit, which is already frustrating that I have to use because it doesn't sync with my Galaxy Watch that I bought specifically for fitness goals. I will keep my money in my old bank. The contact email doesn't work either.

The overall concept is neat, tying fitness to interest rate. As an avid runner, its even more incentive to run on a regular basis, and build up step count on off days by other means. The one major issue is the erratic behavior of the daily updating of step count. I use a garmin device and I've seen the app get 2-3 days behind, and then "catch up" overnight. During the day, it is truly hit or miss as to whether the app will come anywhere close to showing current steps, or, be several hours behind, or, not show any steps at all. The response I got when I contacted the Fitness Bank support team is they lay the blame on the Garmin API, which I struggle with. I've used other apps that integrate with Garmin, and don't have those same issues. I find it hard to believe the Fitness Bank App is so unique, and their code so perfect, that its all the fault of the Garmin API.

It seems to work great overall. Two suggested corrections: 1. The "leaderboard" section does not show my # of steps correctly at all. It's much lower than my actual step #. (Fortunately the main page does consistently show steps accurately) 2. The "today's steps" and % of daily step goal both start the day accurate but by noon or so, for me, they revert to 0 for the rest of the day. Perhaps both of these issues could be caused by time zone differences? I'm 6 hours different than Georgia. Thanks!

This app needs a lot of attention. In it's current state it barely functions and does its job correctly. Syncing a mess with Google Fit, the interface will load before any of the text on the screen loads. I'm using a Pixel 2 XL so I know it's not my phone as other apps run great. I can understand why the app is poorly made but it's still no excuse. If your step counting app is this bad why should I trust your ONLINE bank with my money?

App is pretty terrible at syncing effectively with Google fit on my device. I thought at first it might be a time zone issue with late night or early step tracking. Not the case I have walked for example today 9000 steps and it decided to add 2K to my previous day's total. Given the financial ramifications of incorrect data being reported to fitness bank my confidence is not good even after recent updates the app designers know how to make this app work and sync correctly with data from Gfit.

Was looking forward to being motivated to stay fit with this app and I love the concept but not all my steps get recorded. I use Google fit and I had 3,000+ steps but the app only logged in 300 steps for the day. This situation has happened more than once. If it's not fixed I'll probably need to change banks
