At this time I do not like the new format. I have to hold my tablet the long way in order to read the paper which is not convenient if using at a desk. I also do not care for all steps involved in opening the paper and the step needed to switch between articles and expending them. Lastly, I miss the updated stories feature in the old format. It seems your new apps seldom are an improvement for the customer.

Major step forward in resolution and clarity but difficult and clunky to use on Android devices. Print version view doesn't allow you to call up comics, advertisements or certain articles and features which is really bad. Digital view is missing major sections of the paper. Nice try but not there yet.

I'm not receiving all pages of the newspaper. Comics are not showing. More steps to open. I cannot place the display in Landscape. It starts in lanscape but moves to portrait. Disappointing.

Very difficult to verify simply! Had to repeat 3x & my husband (using his separate login) still cannot get the new app on his Apple computer. He was also on hold for 30" and was told he should begin getting the daily email tomorrow.

This is ridiculous! You can't close an article without closing app if you can even open article! NOT happy with the way this new app works! Go back to the drawing board or bring back the old way of reading paper online!

So little news. Can't select my preferred articles. Would like to skip sports and have more news. Where's the daily report on covid? Takes too long to get in through playstore app.
