Edit: tech support has fixed my problem with the app not opening. The app was working fine, then my phone updated and now the app won't open. I Uninstalled the app 2 different times and it still won't open. I have again Uninstalled the app and reinstalled because you said the problem was fixed. It still won't open. I have emailed you at the address you gave and I have not heard any response. It really sucks that I can't use the tracker that I have already purchased.

I purchased this watch at least 5 months ago. Connected it to my phone and everything. Now the app isn't working. And I always had to go on phone to connect Bluetooth. 😒

The watch won't pair with the device regardless of location... or app settings... also the watch does just about everything but tell time.. its 2.5 hours off and I have tried to fix that in the settings as well, but it doesn't seem to have the option the directions say are suppose to be in settings...

FIX PAIRING BUG ASAP! Decent fitness tracker for the money. I wasn't able to pair the tracker to companion app. So I read some reviews and found MANY users encountered this exact issue. The (WEIRD) work around is. 1. Toggle your smartphone location on 2. Open iTech app 3. Search for device in app 4. Tap watch name to pair 5. Toggle location off to save phone battery. Tracker will stay paired with out location. 6. Return, Save cash, buy literally any other device. Amazfit, Xiaomi, ANYTHING!

I tried for about an hour to get my itech sport connected. I had to turn my location on on my phone 🙄. I do not like having my location on it drains my battery. Other then that it'll work for now, I guess. However once it is connected location can be turned off, seems to still work.
