About this app

The sound of the bell assists 4-7-8 breathing techniques. The 4-7-8 breathing method was invented by Dr. Andrew Weill and originated in ancient India called Planayama. By naturally having deep abdominal breathing, you can expect a relaxing effect and go to sleep.

How to use

Set the timer and press the Start button. After that, breathe out completely from your mouth. Then
①Count four while breathing in through your nose
②Hold your breath and count seven
③Breathe out slowly from your mouth counting to eight.
Please repeat ①-③. 
There are two kinds of sounds.
