Now, in modern times the natural resources and climate conditions are decreasing in amount. That is why, to produce plenty of food supplies, the food producers are using artificial elements and chemicals in their lands and factories. From the very beginning of the science, the scientists promised us to gift a longer lifespan, but it is a matter of great sorrow that in today’s world the lifespan of normal human being became approximately half of the life spans of our ancestors. Why is that? It happened because of the external use of chemical and artificial substances in the food items.
The artificial hormones used in vegetables and fruits are now causing the phenomena like giving birth to joint-babies with multiple dysplasias, multiple twins, abnormal babies etc. It keeps happening because the whole world food producers are using the artificial substances to grow bigger and larger scaled crops. Now, the true question is, ‘How we can prevent this?’ The obvious answer which we all are going to agree with is ‘Medicine’. But most of the scientific inventions, the medicines also have some drawbacks. In most of the cases, the medicines cure a disease, but causes another which is known as ‘medicinal side effects’. So, we ended up taking more medicines and replacing one disease with another. As a human being, we are now bound to follow this process for our survival.
Ultimately, we now should maintain our healthcare by following doctor’s prescriptions. Prescriptions can be in written and oral format. The medicines referred by the doctors are written in the prescriptions, but the instructions related to how to take them and when to take they are not often written in it as the doctors must see other patients. For that, the doctors give oral instructions which are often gets forgotten by the patients. P.S. Houts in his article stated,

This means that people remember less when they get medicinal instructions orally or verbally. In this case, if the patients can use a platform like "iCare" application to note down the instructions, then they can follow their prescription according to their instructions.
