So far, it's OK. The device paired successfully with my phone. However, I am unable to activate or verify my email. So as a result, if I should change devices I won't be able to restore my previous data. But it's not too bad for a first timer. Would be great if the heart rate monitor was consistent in the daily readings. Got a reading for a few days and that was it. Nevertheless, looking forward to upgrades in the really near future.

I bought my Active yesterday and I haven't been able to do anything with it. First of all, it will not pair with my android phone. The phone detects it both in the Bluetooth settings and in the app but connection to the band always fails. I've tried all the troubleshooting options but it still does not connect. Can this fixed please, because I'm really looking forward to using the product.

The tracker works well as it should! The software needs some updates specifically the Bluetooth connection and the user experience. It gets a 4 because it a first generation product. The active team should consider using data from the manufacturer to better deliver a great customer experience. Finally, most first time viewer assume the product is the fitbit. That means it not an industry leader as yet. This does provide a platform to strategically offer the product.
