Using BlueStacks

I rarely give negative reviews, I usually just uninstall and don't comment when I'm not happy with an app. This one was so frustrating I had to leave this comment and negative rating. I could not register on the website or on this app. It appears this is been going on for quite a while, there has not been a positive review of this app since March 2018. I really wanted to use this service for my pet.

Ditto to all of the comments about this app and it not working. It's time for us to renew our monitoring service for our dog and we keep getting error messages and caught in a frustrating circle of going nowhere.

My login info was perfect. I checked my credentials close to eight times to try and view my cats' information. I changed my password MULTIPLE times to the SAME password and I can login on the computer but not the app. If I could give zero stars, I would.

i used to love this app but now i cant sign in a weird message pop up saying CLEARTEXT comunication not permitted. if that gets fixed i would definitely rate it 5 stars.

It's a scam!!! I have reset my password 10 times and it always sais "invalid credentials"!!! I've reported them to my bank and going to report them to North Shire Animal League who is promoting them! Can't get anyone at customer service either! 66
