This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Mindfulness in Daily Life on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.

About this app

Bring mindfulness easier into your every day life, with guided meditations, bell meditations and insight into mindfulness.

The five guided meditation are all created by the Danish psychologist Allan Bau Petersen and recorded professionally in a studio, exclusively for this app. The following guided meditations are available in the app:

- Body Scan
- Attention to Breathing
- Breathing and the Body
- Attention to Sounds and Thoughts
- Breathing Space

Besides the guided meditations, you also get access to silent bell meditations with flexible intervals. In these silent sessions you hear bells when the meditation starts and ends, allowing you to guide yourself through the meditation. Select one on the nine predefined bell meditation intervals or select your own custom interval between five and 90 minutes.

The seven principles of mindfulness are also covered, together with a brief introduction to mindfulness.

Allan Bau Petersen is a trained psychologist and owner of the clinic Psykolog Centrum, located in central Odense, Denmark. Besides being a trained psychologist, Allan is also trained in crisis psychology, cognitive psychology and mindfulness.
