I absolutely love this app, the program & my Coach, Nadia. I think Nadia makes the program easier than I thought. She has been my Coach for 2 years. I have been thru a lot. I have never met her in person. She is insightful and knows how to help me at whatever I'm working at the time. I was having a pain in my leg and hip. She sent me some short stretching exercises. It helped a lot. I haven't felt like she was judging me. She is genuine and knowledgeable. I appreciate this program. I really liked some of the recipes.

Great concept, very poorly executed. App is not user friendly and is significantly lacking in functionality. Also, right now I cannot even get into the app because it is telling me I need to install update from app store, but app store says I am using most recent update.

The sync on this app to your tracking device is way too slow. If the day changes before it synch, it keeps what it had and doesn't update. Forcing it to synch doesn't make it update either. So fitbit and virgin pulse has same # of steps and this tool has way less.

I do love my inspirator she is extremely knowledgeable personable and has great suggestions. The program is marvelous too! It doesn't keep track of my Fitbit steps. So stoped using Fb. I updated my stats because Newtopia made improvements on App.

I miss being able to look back at previous days. Also, I keep getting caught in a loop of seeing an update notification when I have already updated the software.
