About this app

Success Center Inc’s “Reach for the Stars” is a hypnotherapy app developed for the Android. It will play a sequence of recordings while you sleep.

There are two modes for using the “Reach for the Stars” app, Sleep and Wake.

By pressing the Sleep button, it will start the program by playing soft music to allow time to get comfortable in bed. After one minute it will play a sequence of recordings based on your inputs to an online questionnaire or determined from your Custom Goal Manifestation Recording (CGMR) interview.

If you wake in the middle of the night you can press the wake button to pause the app. Then press play on one of recordings to continue.

Over the course of 30 nights of use the “Reach for the Stars” app will cycle through 9 different recordings with a different sequence for each night. If you press the Settings button you can change the day to repeat a sequence or use a sequence you find desirable.

During the daytime or any time you do not want to sleep you can press the Wake button followed by the List button and it will show a list of your recordings for you to enjoy one at a time.

It is recommended that you use earbuds or a pillow speaker if you are not alone so that your partner is not disturbed.

They can be found at Target, Walmart and Best Buy with prices ranging from around $10 to over $200 for wireless operation. The app was successfully tested using Sony Stereo Headphones MDR-EX15AP. These earbuds cost about $20 at Target.

When using at night it is a good idea to have the phone fully charged. Your phone can be plugged in if needed so there is sufficient battery to complete the sequence of recordings.

WARNING: DO NOT PLACE YOUR PHONE UNDER A PILLOW. This can cause overheating and damage your phone.
