I've been using this app for many months since it's often the only route to access my medical benefits from work. The app is so wrought with bugs it's basically unusable. If I can get past the blank screen on login, the chat feature constantly gets broken so I can't access threads anymore and support tells me they have no idea how to fix it and that I need to chat on the broken threads to get help. The consultants don't even bother to read messages.

Every time this app is updated, the notifications stop, so I never see when my healthcare assistant messages me. And sometimes he doesn't get alerted when I msg him (& I've cleared the cache & allowed all notifications in my system settings so it isn't my phone it's the app). This causes delays with getting my medical procedures & insurance claims approved, appointments scheduled etc. It's very frustrating & I wish they'd either figure out a way to prevent this or stop updating the app.

I used the app for getting a virtual oppointment with a doctor on the weekend. The app is very easy to navigate, i got a list of doctors i could choose from. Booked my appointment, had a video call with the doctor, the prescription was directly sent to my pharmacy (which i was asked for by the app earlier). Very smooth experience. Thank you accolade. Kudos on tranforming healthcare for better.

This app worked wonderfully for me in the beginning, with the only noticed issue being that, on occasion, messages would duplicate (but a refresh always fixed it). Now, after an update or two, I have so many issues! Constantly prompted to set up my PIN, which has always been set up. When messaging the support team, the keyboard now displays over what I am writing. Opening the app from notifications only causes it to time out. And although it's not a functionality issue, I miss having dark mode.

The app is ok and lets you chat with reps for help which is very convenient. The one major flaw that I found is that it does not create a notification on the phone when the rep answers you (which could be minutes or hours later, so you can't just keep staring at the screen waiting). It's a very surprising miss given how inexpensive it is to add it. Strongly suggesting they add it, which would get it from 3 to 5 stars for me! (Android phone)

The app might be great but it refuses to log me in. So, no, the app can't be great. Every attempt to login with the username and password that works on the website results in "Unable to authenticate: Certificate transparency failed." No solution offered, no explanation in help files... that's because there are no help files on the website and if course I can't access whatever is on the app.
