Support is terrible. I want to connect Google Fit with the app. Support sends me the wrong information. You can only connect it to "Fit Bit" app. Then they closed the case claiming it solved. It wasn't, they are worthless. Don't bother replying with any links! We can't click on them or cut and paste them.

Neither me or my husband can get on our all of us app, when we bring it up it says it needs updating, but it will not update. Then we tried logging in on the all of us portal but it is not recognizing our email. So we have no clue how to get on now, what do we have to do. It is very frustrating. We would appreciate someone reaching out to us and telling us what we need to do

I've been a part of the all of us research program for about a year now. I haven't seen anything new on the app since joining. so I have a recommendation why don't the app have more information that is beneficial to the participant such as blood type, DNA markers , iiver enzyme levels as well as hormone imbalances such low testosterone, FSH markers progesterone and high estrogen conversion. Is this asking too much? Will give a better rating when the app delivers something actually useful. Ty

Update 20201013: Updated the app to the latest and could not login from the app. Cleared cache and app data, and was able to login. --- Login credentials were no longer cached after updating. User name (email) choices were presented which is as it should be, however, I am unable to paste the password from the clipboard into app after the latest update. Need that functionality to be enabled to support easy entry of complex passwords. Will use the web interface from the computer until this is resolved. App was working fine the last time I used it before the 20SEP19 update.

i downloaded this app but have been unable to get past the security questions. No matter what questions/answers I use it will not proceed past that screen. Before that I had trouble getting it to accept the verification code that had been sent to me. It kept telling me it was wrong when it was not. I'll probably delete it as I don't need these kinds of headaches in my life. They want our help but they really don't make it easy for us.

After updating the app it says their is a new update available even though there isn't and thus won't let me open it. I've tried clearing out my data, tried to uninstall and reinstall to see if it fixed the issue but neither worked. Please fix this.
