It's a 7 week program and unlike other ab challenges this one actually makes me sore and makes me work hard. Almost done week 2 and I'm definitely loving the hell out of this app

The app is so simple to use, the most important are the exercises, they have a good complete plan of 7 weeks, my favorites are the love handle workout, i can tell the difference in my midsection.

We developed our app based on our famous charts that are on the internet, all those exercises that thousands of women are doing, now are inside an app with helpful video demonstrations.
Abs Resolution is easy to follow; only 2 clicks to start the program, the exercises were designed to target those areas that women want to improve. But also guys can do it. Its really challenging for both genders.
