Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing SleepSound on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.

Let me just preface this by saying that I've struggled with insomnia for approximately 10 years. I've maxed out dosages of prescription sleep aids with no help whatsoever - for 10 years. Agony.. I've only been using this app for three nights. I've had busy stimulating days which are the hardest to fall asleep. I first opened it with the noise and light and thought no way this will work - but it did. All 3 nights I've been asleep before the 20 minutes ended. I've felt so much better rested! It's magic!

My whole life I've had a hard time getting to sleep, taking an hour or more. Using this app, I'm asleep in 10-15 minutes. Great part is if I wake up during the night, I can use it again and not be drugged out in the morning. Nothing else I've used, including medication or things like Melatonin have been as effective. I've got so much more energy in the day, it's fantastic.

I always have the hardest time falling asleep but this app really helps. At first the sound is kind of annoying but once you really start focusing on it everything else seems to fade away. I recommend this app to anyone who can't seem to shut there mind off.

The SleepSound™ Mobile App is as safe and soothing as watching a relaxing waterfall or a crackling fireplace in a cozy mountain cabin. It emits light (flashes) and sound (beeps) synchronized to gently change your brain waves.
