This application is pretty terrible, not going to lie. The UI/Layout is very clunky and looks unappealing. However, more importantly, the app fails to even SYNC with the trackfit band, instead staying stuck on the SYNCING screen indefinitely. This device and app have both been released by Kogan for over 6 months now, this is poor form to leave users hanging like this. I would NOT recommend the Trackfit OR this app to ANYONE.

I'm using a HTC one and it's syncing and tracking ok so far, it does say Bluetooth link broken every now and again, but still syncs within a second after

Was working good until I up dated app. No have lost all saved data and it won't sync anymore, really frustrating

This installed easily on my HTC but won't even go near the Samsung Tablet even though the Tablet's bluetooth can see the device and running the same Android OS!?! And forget about the iPhone 4S - it can't see the device at all even thought the program installed properly. Once installed the interactivity is very unfriendly and the lack of explanatory instruction manual makes the whole experience frustrating. The system often 'drops' the connection to the device further adding to the frustration as you need to keep "re-pairing" with it. The last straw was installing on the PC - software opens and runs but won't see the USB device?!?! Again no help or troubleshooting interface - the frustration is not worth the budget price for buying this - THINK AGAIN BEFORE PURCHASE!!!

If I could rate it less than "1 Star", I would. The device itself it pretty bad. The "touch" screen will only work when you repeatedly and aggressive tap it 10 times or so. If you get it to work, you can tap the screen a few more times in random spots to get more display screens to appear. No where in the limited instructions actually tells you what these screens represent, mind you some are simple to figure out. But there's a stop watch screen for some reason that always sits on 0:00, a screen with a square and a horizontal line through it that sits at 0.00, and a screen with a % symbol on it. No idea. No explanation. Next, the application. Firstly, the design of this seems rushed, cheap and just poorly thought out. But looks is forgivable, what is not forgivable is the practicality. The thing simply does not "Link". There are no instructions given on what to do here, and you are left in the dark. This product left me guessing what to do. The product is poor.

I have managed to pair with my phone and even name my trackfit but the date and time will not up date, tge trackfit says 29th Jun, it's the 17th Aug. And it wont sync, the app just sits there and spins. Improvements needed. Should have spent the extra money on a better product.
