The app is good for beginners providing techniques, stances, and conditioning recommendations. However the app does lack some videos and one of the links do not work. The only other issue is that there seems to be a slight crashing issue where you may need to close the app and reopen it to make it function better. The problem is mildly annoying but the app is excellent.
