Deeply disappointed. I think this connected once. It promptely synced a blank workout and that was the end of it. After my next workout I went to sync and the app does not connect. there is NOTHING on the treadmill to initiate a connection. Also it seems to be one way. There is no apparent way to have the app tell the machine my age/weight/etc profile that I can see. C'mon you guys this is a GREAT treadmill but sorely terrible app. Should be easy.

I'm able to get the app 'working' to sync workouts with a very very specific process: - Turn off phone Bluetooth. - Force close app. - Finish workout and hit the "Sync Data' button on the treadmill. - Open app, allow it to turn on BT. - Hold phone very close to screen. - Wait for treadmill detection. - Select treadmill, allow sync. It screws up seasons over 1 hour (misreports hours + minutes without removing hours, resulting in double hour count.). It also reports 1.6 miles as 0.98 miles to Fit.

The UI/UX of this app is inadequate at best. Its unclear as to how you are to use it. 4 icons at the bottom are not self explanatory, Click on Goal in the upper right and you are brought to a screen where you appear to be able to set Step, Calorie, Time and Distance, however if you enter a value for one and click Done, it appears to remember them until you click the Change button which resets them. Its impossible to use. So far it has successfully sync'd with the TR5500i once, for Feb 22nd, however if you look at the Day's history it does not show up, only the Week's history is available. There is no online help or assistance.

Does not connect to my Samsung S9. My treadmill TR4000i is older (bought used), so maybe that is why?

The app doesn't connect to the treadmill. Ive tried on multiple devices and contacted support.
