I downloaded the app and can't register. When I finished giving the registration information and hit the registration button, it wouldn't accept the information.

Concerning that sign up confirmation had email address and chosen password sent to another email. CC'd in. No option to delete account. Symptoms limited to only 3 per episode. No opportunity to add comments and how you feel generally. Disappointing.
