This app sucks. Will not let me register. Will not let me cast to either Chromecast or Roku tv. I have to play it looking down at the phone between my feet. I have real problems with balance and got this to help. I do not think having to look down at the device is accomplishing that goal. Waste of money. I would give it a rating of -10 if I could

This is just a disaster of an app. You're not even able to create an account so only the "guest" features are available. Knowing that the product retails for 150 euros and is basically a fancy alu extrusion with plastic pads, you're basically throwing at least 100 euros at a non-working app. What a rip-off.

Can't create a login. Keeps giving error code. Without a login, the app won't keep your history of exercises.

black screen, does not work. overpriced product for just a balance board with a broken app. I expected better from the bowflex nautilus products...at least lower the price of the board if you aren't ever going to fix the app.

The app works great on the iPhone but seems to be incompatible with the latest android software. My wife is able to use it on her iPhone 6, but it only has a black screen on my Samsung note 8.
