Pésima aplicación... No despliega el combo para tipo documento ni ciudad... Entonces no es posible registrarse y por tanto agendar la cita. Llevo 3 días intentándolo y ni por PC ni por el movil. Si ponen aplicaciones y las promocionan como grandes herramientas de ayuda.. primero validen que sean funcionales

Pésima app, se bloquea, y lo peor realicé un pedido el 10 de Mayo para una entrega de medicamentos de un adulto mayor supuestamente quedó agendado para el 10 de Junio y hoy la solicitud registra cancelada, llamar a las números de cruz verde incluido el 4824435 es una pérdida de tiempo no contestan o puedo durar a la espera 15 minutos o más y no contestan....

No sirve, dice que "no se encontraron oficinas registradas en el sistema".

Es un aplicativo incompleto y mal hecho: las fórmulas médicas que relacionan medicamentos comunes (incluidos en el POS) y por ende sin ningún número de autorización requerido NO SON aceptadas. ¿A quién se le ocurre diseñar algo así? Adicionalmente, para la ciudad de Cali solo contempla un único punto (sede Tequendama). Y para quienes residimos en el norte ¿por qué no se habilita la sede Versalles? Pésimo. Nada recomendado.
