Klab non è soltanto una delle più grandi ed importanti palestre di Firenze, ma è un vero e proprio mondo di benessere a 360°, a due passi da casa.
I tre centri fitness in Firenze - Lulli, Conti e Marignolle - sono ecosistemi professionali dove relax e fitness si incontrano in un connubio perfetto: Klab ha infatti inaugurato una nuova idea di fitness, che punta sull'attenzione per gli ambienti delle palestre in cui si svolge l'attività e sull'alta professionalità del personale tecnico.
Ciascuna palestra offre la possibilità di scegliere tra un'ampia gamma di attività e servizi, sempre in linea con le tendenze fitness del momento: dalla sala attrezzi ai corsi, dallo spinning al circuit training. Per garantire il massimo risultato da ogni allenamento, gli istruttori elaborano programmi personalizzati, realizzati in base alla forma corporea e alla forza muscolare.
Per l'attività in acqua, il centro di Marignolle dispone di un sistema di piscine interne ed esterne, dove potersi allenare nel nuoto libero o seguire i corsi sotto la supervisione di assistenti diplomati FIN (Federazione Italiana Nuoto)
