Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Proven Progress on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.

You can only take one picture a day and I can't retake the picture so I have to wait until tomorrow. Also, you can't combine pictures unless they were taken with this app.

Great idea, but I want the ability to load old progress photos into the app so I can compare with those as well.

About this app

Tracking your progress is a must when you work out or go on a diet. How else would you know that you are improving? However, tracking progress is time consuming because you have to get on a scale, measure your body fat, measure your hips, etc. And to make thing worse, you have to remember to do these tasks weekly at a certain time. Proven Progress is a new and innovative app that helps you track your progress through your daily body pictures. A picture worth a thousand words. You only have to spend 5 sec per day to capture the picture and Proven Progress will take care of logging for you. See below for all of the special feature of Proven Progress.
