I'm having problems running this app. When I've entered my password to login, there is nothing but a blank white page. Is anyone else having this issue?

This app must be a joke. The app itself is terrible. It ask to set a PIN of 5 numbers. 5 numbers. Not 4, not 6. Who is the brilliant brain had that idea? When navigating no option in the menu works, it says cannot load my health plan data. When trying to do a pre-authorisation, it promps to a portal where the credentials are not accepted. The UI is quite poor. Rubish, rubish, rubish.

White page after setting the app up

Filled in a long claim form, just to see a non-helpful error message "There was a problem submitting your claim. Please try again." I tried X times, no change.
