Not for me. It only focuses on your arms and it's about the same stretch just from sitting/standing. I didn't like having to keep my phone on my to start every single stretch. No music or voice to guide you either.

I didn't like the app, way too many ads. Doesnt log the say you do yoga, or let you log previous days. The calendar is just something pretty to look at and isn't interactive at all.

The poses are simple and easy to understand but I wish the app had more instruction and interactive features.

Well flowed yoga app. However the developer should make it an automatic change to next step without the user pausing every step to start the next. Otherwise, its a great app!

the positions are wonderful and fun and comfortable but the app has too many adds the pop up before the position timer goes off and it needs more positions to do
