I just uploaded this up and it is really good up to now. videos , good explanations and barely any adds. The diet isn't very good. You only have one day of ideas. although there're plenty of places where to get diets. Would be good to have recommendations on what to focus on if you work out 3 days a week or 4, etc... what to do each day. For example, if I work out 3 days a weeks, should I work out 2 muscles per day? which ones? if I work out 4? what should i do? This info will make it perfect

Not U.S. friendly. Couldn't get passed the initial detail input because there was no way to convert from metric (i.e., cm's to in's; kg's to lb's) on the BMI conversion page. Yes, I could have Googled the conversion seperately, but would rather get an app that doesn't make me do that. Also, when I fell back to the first page where I had entered the required medical info and my name, I got an error message telling me to enter the info that was already showing.
