Invigorating and Empowering . The challenge for me is no voice direction however it increases your awareness and multitasking. I am athletic and I do yoga frequently, work yoga. If you don't have balance, this app will get you some. It also tell you exactly how much weight you need to lose. Just go to Google to convert because they use kilograms and centimeters. If you really really want to see results quickly, use this. Former cross country runner, yoga enthusiast, and this is hard.

I really love the app but the fact that there are no other exercises only the same boring routine daily which to me is annoying though not a waste of time the workout is quite fitting and very convenient. Please include more exercises in the next update oh and yah it doesn't let you play your music it keeps going off after almost every 30 seconds yet I'm im the middle of a intense state. FIX THIS PLEASE
