This app is really good! I've only started using it for about 2-3 days and I already feel much healthier! I'm really hoping to soon lose weight! I would have given it 5 stars but the only thing bugging me are the thousand adds and that it doesn't allow music whilst its talking... Please fix the whole add thing! BUT FOR THE PEOPLE READING THIS I would also recommend using a second app to do more (less extreme) excersizes while working on this app too! Good luck to everyone trying to lose weight!👌

don't like it. didn't see a workout diary or a way to track progress. does not tell you what exercise is coming next so you can't move into position. does not tell you what the exercise is or how to do it. you have to guess from video which is hard to do. there are pop up ads between exercises which interrupts workout.

Great app . I read the other coments and there are ads but its ment to help you lose weght and it dous . Someone sead they broke there foot , but i dont see how , i was once runover by a horse and there was no harm done ... so i think that you have to be very fragile to break somthing whith this app.

The app works. 💯% I started losing weight within a week just like it said, 😁 & I felt really good as well, (body & mind) I lost the weight I wanted 2, then deleted the app, quit exercising, starting eating poorly, & put it back on again😥😭now I have 2 start all over, BUT I know it will be worth & it works. If u wanna lose weight, delete the other weight loss apps & go with this one, ur be amazed & happy w/the results. All u need is 🕐, 🎼 & ur body, so shut the 📱off & start losing weight.
