Unfortunately the app.used to be good but the find a doctor link doesn't work and they do not update their doctor list frequently. Very frustrating!!

First time login - unable to get in. I can get into the web site. The app does not even give an error. So sad that this is my provider since this bodes I'll! Luckily, we're in the change period - yikes!

Worst insurance ever. Do not recommend. Denial letters sent to me recent dating back to 2018, and now I'm getting bills. All claims are messed up, even people who work there for over 10+ years are little to no help. Reps are rude, little help, hang up on you. I will never recommend this insurance to anybody. I would rate it negative 100. Their absolutely aweful. I even downloaded the app, says to open still on playstore..just aweful
