As gym going to traffic light system I downloaded app to see what days/capacity I can safely go but can't do anything, not able to check best days to go to gym, should of left booking system in place much easier to use

This app is terrible to use & not fit for purpose. Every time I attempt to book a class it gives me an error message at the payment stage.
