This app is so relaxing. I do have to say though that I might need to stretch a little more because I'm not very stretchy but it's magical. All of the weight just lifs right off of your body at the end.

Tried all 5 beginners and i like how fluid the moves are and i feel really good. It will take me a few times to be as fluid and try to watch the screen so im sure my score will move fron 4.0 to 5.0. Did feel a bit advanced for beginners but im new to yoga.

I like it the videos are straight to the point there's not a lot of buffer explaining what you're going to be doing in the beginning. The video explains as you go but without ever breaking flow, the moves aren't overly complicated and you can feel it although you may not be as flexible as the instructor you do feel like you're getting a deep stretch!

This is one of the best training apps thus far. It does not try to push you too hard. The trainer takes her time and does the steps slow so you can keep up and I love that. It is just an amazing app overall. 😍😘😚❤

Flexibility exercises are a key part of maintaining your health and avoiding injury, especially as you age. The stretching you do in yoga is a great way to improve your flexibility. It's a commonly held misconception that you have to already be flexible to do yoga. In fact, the opposite is true: doing yoga regularly is a sure way to become more flexible. If that's your goal, here are some poses that target major muscles groups that tend to get tight from sitting for long periods or even from other types of exercise, like running. Staying in the poses for several minutes is the way to get a good stretch. Don't expect overnight changes, however.
