MM2K was first released in 1995 in Muscle Media by Shawn Phillips. The first version was called "Add 40 lbs To Your Bench". Two years later an updated version of the program was released under the name "How to Increase Your Bench Press by 50 Pounds".

This application include both versions of the MM2K and handles both Kg and lbs.
