Please change the functionality of the birth date selection. Most of us using this app need to scroll back at minimum 18 years to select birthdate. It is inefficient and labourious. I won't complete the checks until it sorted out, I'm pretty certain most people won't bother with the field in its current format. Which is problematic as you threaten legal action if Fields contain false information.

FAQ section information is out of date. Please update to avoid misinforming the public. Other then that, the app is stable and easy to use. 3 stars 🌟

Clean app. I didn't have any issues registering. It has contact details of clinics and hospitals closest to me. Has functionality to quickly call an ambulance. Simple COVID-19 self-screening questionnaire. Allows you to log issues you experience when visiting your local clinic.

The birth date thing!!!! I have to scroll across 648 months to get to mine. Then, after ALL that time and effort, it sends you an error message! Please fix this. It could be a fantastic tool!

The Covid-19 self screening feature should be modified. One of the questions asks about having a cough, but it does not specify whether the cough is wet or dry (and one of the symptoms is a DRY cough).

I can't register. Gives me an error message. Have tried all the suggestions on the reviews. If this can be sorted out I think this could be of great use and help. For the sake of our country please get this fixed asap.
