As a complete novice to weight lifting, this gave me the confidence to start in the gym. Great to gave a set of exercises to target different areas too, as it takes the guess work out of it if you gave no clue where to start!

£2.99 for a few run of the mill exercises? I suppose it's OK for beginners but I've been lifting for a while so it's nothing new for me.
