Rubbish app, got told to install it! So I did and could not figure out how to log in for ages. Now I've done all that it still won't let me log in as server is unavailable. Really need to sort this out if you want employees to use this app

So rubbish. Slow, won't connect (mobile data or wifi) Waste of phone space. Only marginally better than the local staff net system which is run by a half dead drunk drugged up hamster with 3 broken legs and leprosy. Enough said.

I've entered my email address, still can't get payslips, the bbpay thing says I don't exist, yammer doesn't work. There's never anyone on the live chat for help, takes far to long to log on... Probably gonna just uninstall.

I got told to download it, so I could do the ViewPoint but a week later I tried getting on the app and it won't let me on. It keeps saying that the server is down. I think it needs updating. If I'm going to get my payslips on this app, it better work!!

Payslips finally working but sign-in issue still present. When I joined the company it was impressed on me that the app is entirely optional. Why then are we being asked to complete an apparently MANDATORY questionnaire that is ONLY available through the app?

Really good idea but absolutely awful execution, had it since day one and it's been plagued with problem after problem, after latest update can't connect to server. Maybe time to give up on making apps and stick to retail.
