I've had my Dreem 2 for ~6mon now, best sleep tracking hardware I've purchased. App is great with a modern UI. My biggest gripe is that the app doesn't allow the user to use labels to tag (and filter) data -- that'd be a helpful for trying to isolate a cause for sleep issues. E.g. Maybe you took a certain vitamin, filter your data on that tag and compare that sleep data with the baseline data to get insight on its effects on your sleep.

Dreem gave up on consumers and this app. My Dreem 2 is no longer reliably registering wake periods despite proper use. The autoscoring is likely mistaking wake for REM and light sleep. I walked to the restroom last night and it registered light sleep (laying on my back no less). As this app hasn't been updated since 12/20 and Dreem said seeya to consumers, when my phone moves to Android 12 this device will likely be a paperweight.

Works consistently. Gives slightly more information than a smartwatch but not much more. I just hope it's more accurate. Would be nice to get more information on how sleep stages are determined and it would be great if I could do more to improve deep sleep. Some suggestions: Make the text showing battery charge larger, can't see it well. Make a bigger battery which lasts longer. I have run out of power twice. Use a quicker charger. I leave the headband charging all day, 8a-11p, and it's

If you have bad sleep, this is the device and app for you. The first great thing it does is objectively measure your sleep. How many times do you wake up? How much time do you spend trying to fall back asleep? The Dreem 2 put the proof to my lived experience, and that's invaluable. Being able to press a button on the headset to start playing the relaxation sounds again has been a huge boost to my quality of life. I no longer have to lay in silence, letting my anxiety run amok.

I am barely aware that it is on most of the time. It gives useful information for getting better sleep. Fairly easy to navigate. Automatic updates of improvements. I am in better control of my sleep with more knowledge of what's happening during the night and how that affects wellbeing.

It takes at least 15 mins to let you connect to your phone and this is the only way to start a sleep session. It forces you to take a seven 7 assessment and won't let you use all the functionalities before that. Design on the cards is nearly impossible to read since they are white letters on white background.
