The fact that we could, make requests e.g change of provider, addition of dependent(s), register complaints and/displeasure, create a virtual is card which is acceptable with all partnered providers, know you current status, know your current plan benefit package and also get educative materials especially about current health issues/preventive measures in the society and most of all interactive makes good.
