I tried one of the protocols given in this app. My hypothyroidism which has been there for 18 long years showed normal range in the blood test. Very happy about it. I have also reduced the dosage of my Thyronorm which I have been taking for many years. Sooner I shall be getting out of it. Thank you for this wonderful work. Keep going

About this app

An overactive (Hyperthyroidism) or underactive (Hypothyroidism) thyroid can result in increased allergies, skin problems, fatigue, nervousness, gastrointestinal problems, sleeping too much or too little, gaining or losing weight, swelling, and various types of pain. Of these two, hypothyroidism is the most common. Doctors are aware of six basic symptoms of hypothyroidism; weight gain, dry skin and hair, hoarse voice, fatigue, cold intolerance and puffy facial feature, but these symptoms are minor compared to the effects thyroid deficiency can have on the body since every cell in the body needs thyroid hormone. Many people whose blood results are “normal” have debilitating symptoms of hypothyroidism and no hope of any help from the medical profession. Yet, if left untreated, you put yourself at risk for diabetes, high blood pressure, emphysema, arthritis, depression, migraine, and carpal tunnel syndrome. There are various modalities of alternative therapies which have indeed proven to be successful for many – but not all – people. Use of complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) to improve thyroid function is increasingly common; Traditionally, complementary and alternative medicine has been considered outside the realm of conventional medicine. Western medicine has focused on the acute treatment of disease and injury, whereas CAM typically promotes health and prevention of disease. Yet this distinction is changing. Complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) refers to an array of healing practices and medicines that exist outside of conventional treatments. These practices are thought to provide a more natural and holistic approach to healing a variety of ailments. Many people across the globe find success in getting relief from their thyroid disease with alternative techniques. There are many different types of complementary therapies (CAM) out, and these should not be considered in isolation but as part of an overall approach to general well being. Many find themselves turning to complementary or "alternative" treatments out of frustration when they are having limited success with prescription drugs and other approved medical treatments. This app will introduce you to some non-pharmaceutical therapies. These treatments offer many of us additional relief, but are NOT an excuse to abandoned approved medical care. Rather they will offer you an opportunity to gain more control over you thyroid problems and manage better health. They will work better if integrated into your overall care. This is a Wellness app which you can do it yourself. However one may need Medical or Expert advice for certain protocols. We have protocols for Acupressure, Acupuncture, Aromatherapy, Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Bach Flower Remedy, Color Therapy, Diet and Nutrition, Exercise, Herbal Therapy, Juice Therapy, Physiotherapy, Reflexology, Shiastu, Sound Therapy, Tai Chi, TCM, Vitamin Therapy, Yoga, Sujok, Auricular Therapy, Hydrotherapy, Rife Therapy, Visualization, Rekhi, Magnet Therapy. These protocols when used under proper guidance gives more better feeling and as all the protocols are complementary / alternative therapy it comes with no side effects on application. For one problem – Hypothyroidism, this app provides you 26 different methods alternative remedies to manage your thyroid and that to absolutely FREE!!
