I have to agree with all the comments so far. You need this to use another app but you can't use that app because you aren't able to log in to get the code. If you are going to require an app...make sure it works. 😐

Android app is garbage. It would not download for hours. After that, when I open the app I enter my email as requested, and it hangs. It has never worked.

I enter my email, press next and then nothing happens... The app is not working!
