About this app

Calculate BMI, Calorie and Body Fat all in a single app.

About the BMI Calculator -

The BMI calculator allows you to evaluate if a person is at an appropriate weight based on their height and weight.

Any person can calculate their BMI using Standard or Metric Units.

The BMI Calculator also has a table which is the World Health Organization's (WHO) recommended body weight based on BMI values for adults.

About the Calorie Calculator -

The Calorie Calculator can be used to estimate the numbers of calories a person can consume each day.

The Calorie Calculator uses the Mifflin-St Jeor Equation, and the results of the calculator are based on an estimated average.

With this app you get the estimated Calories/day for Maintaining, Loosing or Gaining weight based on your goals and physical activity level.

About the Body Fat Calculator -

The Body Fat Calculator uses the US Navy Method to provide an estimated percentage of your body weight that is the adipose tissue.

The Body Fat Calculator also shows the Body Fat Category based on the Body Fat Percentage.

You also get the Body Fat Mass and Lean Body Mass based in pounds or kilograms based on the measurement Units selected.

The important thing to remember when selecting a method is that, to accurately gauge changes over time, you need to use the same method every time.

To gauge results, you should measure your body fat at the start of any fitness or nutrition program and continue to do so weekly or biweekly thereafter. Before choosing a method, consider whether or not the method will be convenient for you at the intervals that you would like to monitor your composition.

The "Ideal Body Fat for Given Age" column in the table provides an estimated Body Fat based on the Jackson & Pollard Ideal Body Fat Percentages and shows estimated values above the Age of 20.
