Supported by our streamlined, value-packed app, PTs will be able to confidently partner with schools; grow and manage their business; and give effective coaching to children.
Schools in turn, will be able to powerfully supplement their traditional curriculum with our Nutritional Revolution program. Thereby producing healthier, well-balanced students.
With these robust trainer-school partnerships in place and aided by our professionally developed tools, parents will be able to masterfully ensure their children's optimal physical, mental and spiritual health.

Book classes for your children
We have partnered up with schools to hold NR classes in the safest of environments and also for your utmost convenience. All you need to do is register your children in the app then choose where they study and pick a schedule! We have strategically scheduled NR classes to fit into your children's day at school so all effort is on us. Our NR certified PTs (PT) are carefully assigned to different schools to ensure that your children are in the best hands and trained by professionals who are the best at their field. The NR Exercise Program has been developed by fitness expert and our founder, Nicolas Depierre(featured in Optimal health magazine), and a sports scientist and is created specifically for young children & adolescents.
Get meal plans for your children
Once your children have attended at least one NR class, the PT will assign our professionally created and very effective meal plan to each of your children which you can find in your app. The NR Meal Plan was created by Nutritionist & Dietitian, Prof. Dennis Nicolle. To know more about our meal plans, please visit the resources section of our website.
Follow our easy-to-prepare recipes
To add to the meal plans, we have also prepared the recipes for you. You can find all the recipes for your children’s assigned meal plans in the app. Our recipes are quick and simple to follow so you can add more hours to your day.
Keep track of your children's progress
At the beginning, the PT will be taking initial measurements for your children and will continue to log and track once every fortnight (this may vary according to different circumstances). Worry not! As mentioned above, we have carefully selected our NR certified personal trainers (PTs) and your children’s measurements will only be seen by you, your children and the PTs. This is to ensure that we are aiding to your children’s healthy habits!
Your children will be rewarded for their efforts
Did we mention your children will have their own accounts too? Your children will be able to see all the booked classes they have, follow and mark consumed meals from their meal plan, and choose rewards!
Shop for items to encourage your children to be healthy
You can find a number of NR products such as our training bands and starter kits to motivate and encourage your children to cultivate good habits and become the next generation heroes.
