The app has been frustrating to use. First of all, it requires me to upgrade my perfectly working phone, now even with a new phone I'm getting crappy experience. The app itself is easy to use. However the company itself charges you for cancelling shifts that you may have a personal life crisis and need to cancel. It's ridiculous to pay the company as a freelancers if you cannot make it to a shift that they have approved for you.
