Well designed app in general, has good status tracking. However, the image compression is too aggressive. All images transmitted via the in-app chat become illegible. Please fix that and you'll be 5 star

Had the same problems as Sherene Lee. Could not complete booking as payment could not be completed in App. Update on 23 Apr 2021 - looks like the App has been improved. It is stable now. It is essentially user friendly except there were problems with it one or two weeks ago.
