This program is excellent. I teach group exercise and I'm a qualified naturopath, so I had some idea, but I found I needed much better cardio capacity and muscle tone and strength. The nutrition advice is OUTSTANDING. I'm eating 300 to 400 calories LESS per day but have better energy and stamina and not hungry. Done three weeks of the four week program and it has made a huge difference to my ability to cope with my classes as well as my own exercise, mainly running. And the app works fine.

This is the best fitness and nutrition app I have ever used. And it is from a police force, not a company trying to sell something! While the training program is specific to the police fitness test, the nutrition information is comprehensive, and evidence-based. Great stuff.

am am in high school student looking to get a jump start on trainging and this is perfect i only have one complaint and i dont know if it is just my phone but when i open up the nutrition tab nothing comes up am i the only one with this or is there something wrong ??
