Not enough info. Other than tracking your meals and setting fasting parameters I really didn't much information on anything else. It might be in the paid app, but I'm not paying to find out. There didn't seem to be any instructions at all.

Got to the very end screen to discover the app costs $65USD after a 7 day trial. The app has 1000 downloads and zero reviews. Thanks but no thanks.
