Using BlueStacks

I went through an intake and was on the phone for about half an hour. Wa told I was being booked and referred for a counselling session and a doc follow up. Never followed up. No appointment and no tracking. I was in a mental health crisis and lumino completely failed to deliver the health care I pay for with my benefits.

Seriously!!! Gone through sets of 30 different questions and taking my health card number just to cancel the appointment after not able to pick the call because the screen was locked!!! Your app needs an overlay update. If this is what the service is like, then I am going to complain to the ministry. Better use Telus health ....

This app literally has saved my life on numerous occasions. The name of the app in itself says everything about it. Convenient virtual care with prompt Clinicians ready to help you from something small to a bigger problem for which they will provide you external services with or in case of an emergency to the nearest ER. Physically health, mental health, prescription renewals, virtual walk-in clinic where you'll be assessed thoroughly especially now amidst a Global Pandemic 🙏🏼

Awesome service!We register an account @ 9am.Answering the AI system triage questions.Virtually meet with the doctor at 10am. She fax the prescription to my nearest pharmacy. Two hours later, received the email from the pharmacy and available to pick up/delivery. So, I can stay @ home all day to finish my work. Thanks to this app *I received the message after they fax to the pharmacy. After the medication, I received a follow up message to check if i feel better. And I got nurse replied my q.
