App no longer works, making the physical device useless

The product is pointless. No clear instruction on how to set up and calibrate your device, so you don't actually know if you're wearing it correctly or not. Tried the exercise where you must hold your posture for five minutes (though you don't know if you are holding a correct posture), and you have to bend at 90 degrees to go from "good" posture to "poor". The device doesn't actually seem to have a way to measure of your back is straight, head is upright, shoulders are back, etc. Disappointed.

I cant even sign up or log in when i installed this app. I cant even use it. I guess my device is useless now. Even if you shut down your company, there should be a way for your old customers to use your product. What a waste of time waiting and money. Hmph. Junk product now.

With the company going silent and disappearing, the app seems to have gotten the axe. There's no way to log into the app since the backend servers were shutdown it seems. So the people like me that did get their device are now left with a dead paperweight. Useless trash.

Unusable now that the company has folded. Can't use without logging in but can't log in or register.
