Arise is a free Christian audio app that offers audio guided prayer & meditation sessions to help us grow in our faith, practice mindfulness, & discover motivation through the word of God. Check out several sessions on encouraging prayer rooted in scripture or create your own prayer sessions through our Lectio Divina series! Have trouble staying consistent? Opt-in to our push notifications and complete our daily challenges to build consistency & discipline in your faith & prayer routine!

In a world relentlessly filled with new stressors, anxiety levels rising, and depression rates at all time highs, it’s important now more than ever to remain steadfast in our faith and put our trust in Him. Use this app as a vessel in order to achieve spiritual growth in your relationship with the Lord. If the tool we created helps foster and strengthen at least 1 relationship with God, we’ll know we’ve done our part to spread the Gospel :)

*Guided Meditations: If you find yourself having trouble with meditations, explore our guided meditation series as you listen to our guides who will guide you down the path of mindfulness!

*Daily Challenges: Stay consistent with your prayer and meditation routines by completing our daily challenges. Opt-in to our push notifications and we’ll remind you on the days when you haven’t completed any sessions!

Arise is completely free to use and does not have any locked content that can only be accessed through a subscription tier. However, we have a a membership tier that allows you donate if you have the financial means to do so. We are committed to be remaining affordable and accessible to our faith community and these donations support our continued growth by adding more prayers and adding awesome new features!

As Arise is a Christian Audio App, we know that many people from the Christian religion will find immense value from the app. However, it is meant as a resource for people of all faiths & religions and we invite anyone curious about Christianity to fellowship with us!
